05:48 PM EDT, 08/12/2025 (MT Newswires) -- ProFrac ( ACDC ) said Tuesday it launched an underwritten public offering of $75 million of its Class A common stock.

It plans to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to buy an additional $11.3 million of its stock, it added.

The company intends to use proceeds from the offering to pay back debt outstanding under its senior secured revolving credit facility, and to explore potential investment opportunities.
