ProFrac Names Austin Harbour as Chief Financial Officer

05:04 PM EDT, 05/16/2024 (MT Newswires) -- ProFrac Holding ( ACDC ) said late Thursday it appointed Austin Harbour as chief financial officer, succeeding Lance Turner, who will resign, effective June 17.

Harbour, 43, previously worked in the energy and power investment banking group at Piper Sandler (PIPR), ProFrac ( ACDC ) said in a regulatory filing.

The company said Turner will serve as a consultant to ensure a smooth transition
