05:25 AM EDT, 08/13/2025 (MT Newswires) -- ProFrac Holding ( ACDC ) said Wednesday it priced its public offering of 18.75 million class A common shares at $4 each, for about $75 million in gross proceeds.

Underwriters have a 30-day overallotment option to acquire up to about additional $11.3 million of the shares.

The company expects the offering to close Thursday and plans to use the net proceeds to repay borrowings outstanding under its senior secured asset-based revolving credit agreement, among other things.

ProFrac ( ACDC ) shares were down 27% in recent premarket activity.
