ProFrac Q4 Net Loss Widens, Revenue Falls

05:28 AM EDT, 03/12/2026 (MT Newswires) -- ProFrac ( ACDC ) reported Thursday a Q4 net loss of $140.5 million, compared with a loss of $101.7 million a year earlier.

Revenue for the quarter ended Dec. 31 was $436.5 million, down from $454.7 million a year earlier.

Four analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $396 million.
