Profusa Closes Merger With NorthView Acquisition

04:22 PM EDT, 07/11/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Profusa (PFSA) said Friday it has closed its business combination with special purpose acquisition company NorthView Acquisition.

The combined company will operate under the Profusa name, with its shares expected to start trading on Nasdaq July 14.
