PROG Holdings' Q2 Adjusted Earnings Unchanged, Revenue Edges Slightly Lower; Raises FY24 Outlook

08:30 AM EDT, 07/24/2024 (MT Newswires) -- PROG Holdings ( PRG ) reported Q2 adjusted earnings Wednesday of $0.92 per diluted share, unchanged from $0.92 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by Capital IQ expected $0.74.

Revenue for the quarter ended June 30 was $592.2 million compared with $592.8 million a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expected $573.2 million.

The company expects Q3 adjusted earnings of $0.70 to $0.80 per diluted share on revenue of $590 millon to $605 million. Analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expect adjusted earnings of $0.70 on revenue of $561.1 million.

Additionally, the company raised its full-year 2024 adjusted earnings forecast to $3.25 to $3.40 per diluted share from $2.85 to $3.10 earlier. Analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expect $3.00. The company also increased its revenue forecast for the year to $2.4 billion to $2.45 billion from $2.29 billion to $2.36 billion. Analysts polled by Capital IQ expect $2.35 billion.
