PROG Holdings' Q2 Non-GAAP Earnings, Revenue Increase; 2025 Outlook Revised

07:50 AM EDT, 07/23/2025 (MT Newswires) -- PROG Holdings ( PRG ) reported Q2 non-GAAP earnings Wednesday of $1.02 per diluted share, up from $0.92 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.80.

Revenue for the quarter ended June 30 was $604.7 million, compared with $592.2 million a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $589.1 million.

The company raised its 2025 non-GAAP earnings per share outlook to a range of $3.20 to $3.35 from its previous guidance range of $2.90 to $3.30.

Analysts polled by FactSet expect $3.11.

PROG Holdings ( PRG ) narrowed its 2025 revenue guidance to a range of $2.45 billion and $2.50 billion from $2.43 billion to $2.50 billion anticipated previously.

Analysts polled by FactSet expect $2.48 billion.

The company said it expects Q3 non-GAAP earnings of $0.70 to $0.75 per share.

Analysts polled by FactSet expect $0.72.

PROG Holdings ( PRG ) also said Q3 revenue is estimated at $580 million to $595 million.

The company's shares were up more than 11% in recent Wednesday premarket activity.
