Progress Software Expands Credit Facility to $1.5 Billion, Extends Maturity to 2030

07:35 AM EDT, 07/22/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Progress Software ( PRGS ) said Tuesday it amended its credit agreement to increase its revolving credit limit to $1.5 billion from $900 million and extend the maturity date to July 31, 2030.

The company said the amended credit agreement replaces its secured credit facility, with $660 million in outstanding revolving credit loans.
