Progressive Planet Solutions Appoints Doug Brown as Chief Technology Officer

12:54 PM EDT, 09/29/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Progressive Planet Solutions ( ASHXF ) on Monday said it appointed Doug Brown as president and chief technology officer of Progressive Planet Alberta.

Brown, who has been on the Progressive Planet advisory board since May 2020, will open and operate the new C-Quester Cement Lab in Calgary. He will oversee all research and development activities for the PLAN Group of Companies, and will oversee grant and non-dilutive funding applications.

The Kamloops cement lab will continue to support the PozGlass Pilot Plant, currently under construction. The new Calgary lab will focus on product development on multiple new, early-stage cementitious material initiatives, a statement said.

Brown was more recently part of the founding team of ZS2 Technologies, where, as chief technology officer, he led the development of various magnesium-based cement products.

Progressive Planet shares were last seen up $0.005, to $0.315, on the TSX Venture Exchange.
