08:21 AM EDT, 08/09/2024 (MT Newswires) -- ProKidney ( PROK ) reported a Q2 loss Friday of $0.16 per diluted share, wider than the loss of $0.14 per share a year earlier.

Four analysts polled by Capital IQ expected a GAAP loss of $0.28.

No revenue for the quarter ended June 30 was reported, as expected.

The company had $431.5 million in cash, cash equivalents and marketable securities as of June 30, which it said was sufficient to fund operations into mid-2026.

ProKidney ( PROK ) shares were 2.9% higher in recent premarket trading.
