Prologis' CEO Hamid Moghadam to Retire in 2026; Dan Letter Named Successor

09:00 AM EST, 02/19/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Prologis ( PLD ) said Wednesday that its co-founder, Hamid Moghadam, will retire as CEO on Jan. 1, 2026.

Dan Letter, currently president, will succeed Moghadam as CEO, the company said, adding that Letter will also join the board, effective immediately.

Moghadam will continue as executive chairman, the company said.
