PropertyGuru Q1 Loss Narrows, Revenue Rises

03:48 AM EDT, 05/21/2024 (MT Newswires) -- PropertyGuru ( PGRU ) reported Tuesday a Q1 loss of 0.04 Singapore dollar ($0.03) per diluted share, narrower than the SG$0.06 loss per share a year earlier.

Revenue for the quarter ended March 31 was SG$36.5 million, up from SG$32.6 million a year earlier. Three analysts polled by Capital IQ expected SG$37.3 million.

For 2024, the company still expects revenue to range from SG$165 million to SG$180 million. Analysts polled by Capital IQ are expecting S$173.1 million.
