10:07 AM EDT, 06/03/2024 (MT Newswires) -- ProPetro Holding ( PUMP ) said Monday it has acquired wet sand services provider Aqua Prop in an all-cash deal initially valued at $35.6 million to support its integrated industrial services.

The deal includes onsite sand storage and handling, along with agreements for logistics and wet sand supply, the company said.

The transaction involves cash payments, future earnout incentives and potential growth capital expenditures considerations, the company said.

Shares of ProPetro ( PUMP ) were down 4.6% in recent Monday trading.
