09:37 AM EDT, 04/09/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Prospect Capital ( PSEC ) said Wednesday that it has launched a cash tender offer to buy any and all of its outstanding 3.706% notes due 2026.

The business development company said it is offering $990.00 per $1,000 principal amount of notes, in addition to accrued and unpaid interest. The total outstanding principal amount of the notes is approximately $342.9 million.

The offer is set to expire April 17 and has a settlement date of April 22.

Shares of Prospect Capital ( PSEC ) were down 2.3% in early trading.
