10:41 AM EDT, 10/18/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Prospect Capital ( PSEC ) said Friday it provided first-lien senior secured term and convertible loans to support the acquisition of Druid City Infusion by funds managed by Inlet Road Capital Management, in partnership with Druid's founders and leadership team.

Druid City is an ownership group within the Vital Care Infusion Services franchise system, with Druid City operating nine territories across the South and Mountain West regions of the United States, the firm said.
