Prosper Gold Closes Second Tranche of Private Placement

08:31 AM EST, 12/20/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Prosper Gold ( PGXFF ) on Friday said it closed the second tranche of a private placement financing of flow-through shares, which consisted of 1.8 million shares at $0.11 apiece, for gross proceeds of $200,000.

Each warrant is non-transferable and exercisable for one common share for 36 months at an exercise price of $0.20.

Prosper Gold ( PGXFF ) expects to use net proceeds from the private placement to fund exploration activities at the company's Cyprus Project.

Shares of Prosper Gold ( PGXFF ) closed up $0.005, or 6%, to $0.085 on Thursday on the TSX Venture Exchange.
