Proton Capital Completes Qualifying Transaction and Closes First Tranche of Public Offering

12:47 PM EDT, 06/06/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Proton Capital (PTN-P.V), said Thursday it completed the acquisition of a 75% stake in Saskatoon Family Pharmacy and closed the first tranche of its brokered public offering of of shares.

The purchase price was paid with 2.7 million Proton shares with a deemed price of $0.40 per share.

In the first tranche of the offering, the corporation issued 51.9-million shares at a price of $0.40 per share for gross proceeds to the corporation of $20.7 million.

The corporation intends to complete the name change to "PharmaCorp Rx Inc." immediately following the closing of the final tranche of the Offering.
