05:33 PM EST, 01/13/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Provident Bank said late Tuesday that Thomas Lyons, chief financial officer of Provident Financial Services ( PFS ) and the bank, is planning to retire upon the earlier of June 30, or the appointment of his successor.

A search for a successor is currently underway, it said. Provident Bank is a subsidiary of Provident Financial Services ( PFS ).
