Provident Financial Gets Board Authorization to Extend Buyback Program

04:34 AM EDT, 09/27/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Provident Financial ( PROV ) said late Thursday that its board authorized the extension of its buyback program by one year or until completed.

The company said 99,968 shares are available for purchase under its repurchase plan authorized on Sept. 28, 2023.
