Provident Financial Services Q4 Earnings, Revenue Rise

05:44 PM EST, 01/28/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Provident Financial Services ( PFS ) reported Q4 earnings Tuesday of $0.37 per diluted share, up from $0.36 a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $0.46.

Revenue for the quarter ended Dec. 31, expressed as the sum of net interest income and total noninterest income, was $205.9 million, up from $114.8 million.

Four analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $210.6 million.

The board maintained a quarterly dividend of $0.24 per share, payable on Feb. 28 to stockholders of record on Feb. 14.
