NEW YORK, Jan 21 (Reuters) - Proxy advisory firm
Institutional Shareholder Services on Tuesday named Andrew Borek
as the group's new head of special situations research
succeeding Cristiano Guerra.
Borek has worked with Guerra since 2017 on writing
recommendations on hot button issues like corporate mergers and
board elections that often shape the outcome of corporate
elections. He is a "well-known and respected as a subject matter
expert in both shareholder activism and a wide range of
corporate governance topics," ISS wrote to clients. Reuters
