10:50 AM EDT, 08/13/2026 (MT Newswires) -- PSQ Holdings ( PSQH/WS ) said Thursday it has closed a private investment in public equity financing, raising about $1.3 million.

At closing, the company said it issued 361,388 Class A shares at $3.60 per share. It also said that every eligible member of its board participated in the private placement.

Shares were up about 30% in morning trading.
