05:37 AM EST, 11/06/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Pulsar Helium ( PSRHF ) said that 15.5 million warrants held by major shareholder ABCrescent Cooperatief were exercised at C$0.36, raising a total of $5.6 million.

The funding will be used to advance Pulsar's flagship Topaz helium project in Minnesota.

The share purchase warrants were issued to ABC as part of a unit offering that closed on Jan. 17, 2024. Following the warrant exercise, ABC now controls 22.6 million common shares, representing 13.5% of Pulsar's issued and outstanding common shares.
