Pulse Signs $10-Million Seismic Data Licensing Deal; Provides Revenue Update

03:57 PM EST, 01/29/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Pulse Seismic ( PLSDF ) on Wednesday said it signed a $10-million seismic data licensing contract for 3D data in West Central Alberta.

The company's data library supports exploration and development companies across Western Canada. Pulse has licensed $21.7 million in data since Oct. 1, bringing the expected total revenue for 2024 to $23.4 million. For 2025, including the new deal, the total licensing revenue is set to be $16.1 million, it said.

The company added that these figures are preliminary and have not been audited. Pulse is set to release its annual and Q4 financial results on Feb. 13 after markets close.

The company's shares were last seen down $0.11 to $2.35 on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
