08:39 AM EDT, 07/22/2024 (MT Newswires) -- PulteGroup ( PHM ) said Monday Chief Financial Officer Bob O'Shaughnessy plans to retire at the end of 2025.

The company said O'Shaughnessy will be succeeded by Senior Vice President of Finance Jim Ossowski in February.

After stepping down as finance chief O'Shaughnessy will serve as executive vice president until his retirement, PulteGroup ( PHM ) said.
