10:56 AM EST, 11/17/2025 (MT Newswires) -- PulteGroup ( PHM ) said Monday that it plans to enter the Cincinnati market and will look to develop communities across its portfolio of brands in the area.

Initial efforts in the region will be led by Scott Mairn, the president of PulteGroup's ( PHM ) Indianapolis-Louisville division, the homebuilder said.

Shares of the company were down 1.8% in recent Monday trading.
