Pure Storage Fiscal Q4 Non-GAAP Earnings Decline, Revenue Rises; $250 Million Share Repurchase Authorized

04:39 PM EST, 02/26/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Pure Storage ( PSTG ) reported fiscal Q4 non-GAAP diluted earnings Wednesday of $0.45 per share, down from $0.50 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.41.

Revenue for the quarter ended Feb. 2 was $879.8 million, up from $789.8 million a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $868.8 million.

The company said it expects fiscal Q1 revenue of $770 million and fiscal 2026 revenue of $3.52 billion.

Analysts polled by FactSet expect $769 million for the quarter and $3.52 billion for the fiscal year.

Meanwhile, the company's board also authorized a $250 million increase in the company's stock repurchase program.

Shares of Pure Storage ( PSTG ) were falling past 12% in after-hours trading.
