05:21 AM EST, 11/21/2024 (MT Newswires) -- PureCycle Technologies ( PCT ) filed a registration statement with the US Securities and Exchange Commission Wednesday for the resale of up to about 15 million of its common shares and 50,000 series A preferred shares by certain selling shareholders.

The selling shareholders may sell the shares covered by the prospectus in different transactions and at varying prices, the company said.

PureCycle ( PCT ) also said it will not receive any of the proceeds from the secondary offering.
