Purepoint Uranium Group Announces $1 Million Flow-Through Private Placement

01:09 PM EDT, 05/20/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Purepoint Uranium Group ( PTUUF ) on Tuesday said it is seeking $1 million from a non-brokered private placement of up to around 4.3 million flow-through units at a price of $0.23 per unit.

Each flow-through unit will be made up of a tax-advantaged share and one half of a two-year warrant to buy a common share of the company for $0.30.

The company said it will use the net proceeds of the offering for the exploration and advancement of its projects in the Athabasca Basin, Saskatchewan.

Shares of the company were last seen down $0.015 to $0.18 on the TSX Venture Exchange.

Price: 0.18, Change: -0.02, Percent Change: -7.69
