01:13 PM EDT, 07/08/2025 (MT Newswires) -- PureTech Health ( PRTC ) said Tuesday that Raju Kucherlapati, has stepped down as chair and member of the board.

The company said it has appointed Sharon Barber-Lui, who currently chairs PureTech's audit committee, as interim chair. She will work with the nominating committee to identify a permanent chair and engage shareholders on board evolution and selection criteria, PureTech said.
