05:32 PM EDT, 03/21/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Purple Innovation ( PRPL ) filed a registration statement Thursday for the resale by selling security holders of 20 million warrants and the same number of Class A shares issuable upon the exercise of the warrants.

The registration statement also covers resale by selling security holders of almost 51.9 million shares of Class A common stock and the issuance by Purple of 20 million shares of Class A common stock upon the exercise by third parties of resold warrants.
