04:53 PM EDT, 09/23/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Pursuit Attractions and Hospitality ( PRSU ) said late Thursday it acquired the remaining 20% stake in its Glacier Park unit for $13 million from the Maughan Revocable Trust of 2007.

The transaction released a noncontrolling interest liability of about $19 million from Pursuit's balance sheet as of June 30.

The unit operates lodging properties at Glacier National Park.
