Puyi Changes Name to Highest Performances

10:15 AM EDT, 03/13/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Puyi ( PUYI ) said Wednesday it has received shareholder approval to change the company's name to Highest Performances Holdings.

The wealth management services provider said it has also changed its ticker symbol to HPH.

The company's shares were up 2% in recent trading.
