Pyrophyte Acquisition Corp. II Prices $175 Million IPO

05:53 PM EDT, 07/16/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Pyrophyte Acquisition Corp. II (PAII.U), a blank-check company, priced a $175 million initial public offering at $10 per unit, specifically targeting the energy sector while remaining open to deals in any peer group.

Trading is set to begin on Thursday on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol PAII.U, the company said late Wednesday.

Each unit includes one Class A share and half a warrant, exercisable at $11.50 per share.

The offering is expected to close on July 18.
