10:39 AM EDT, 10/24/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Q Precious & Battery Metals ( BTKRF ) said Friday it has raised $886,000 in the first tranche of its private placement of units and shares.

The company issued 5.4 million flow-through (FT) units at $0.09 apiece, raising $486,000. Each FT Unit consists of one share and half a two-year warrant to buy a share at $0.012.

Q also issued 4.44 million FT shares at $0.09 each, raising $400,000 in total.

Proceeds will be used to fund mineral exploration activities.

The company's shares are up $0.01, to $0.08, on the Canadian Securities Exchange.
