03:28 AM EDT, 05/13/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Qiagen ( QGEN ) said late Monday it has agreed to acquire Genoox for $70 million in cash plus possible milestone payments of up to $10 million.

Qiagen ( QGEN ) said the acquisition of the biotech software company is expected to add about $5 million to 2025 sales while having a neutral impact on adjusted EPS.

Genoox provides AI-powered software that allows labs to process genetic tests, the company said.
