07:42 AM EDT, 03/25/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Qifu Technology ( QFIN ) said Tuesday that it plans to offer $600 million of convertible senior notes due 2030.

The company said it also plans to grant the initial purchasers of the notes an option of purchasing up to $90 million in additional notes within 13 days of issuance.

The company said net proceeds from the offering will be used to repurchase American depositary shares and/or ordinary shares as part of a buyback plan.

The company said it expects the offering to be immediately accretive to 2025 earnings per ADS.
