10:23 AM EDT, 09/09/2025 (MT Newswires) -- QMMM ( QMMM ) said Tuesday it is entering the cryptocurrency sector with plans to integrate AI and blockchain technology to create cryptocurrency analytics and a crypto-autonomous ecosystem.

The company said it would connect data providers and consumers through a decentralized data marketplace powered by blockchain.

QMMM ( QMMM ) also said it plans to create a diversified cryptocurrency treasury with an initial target of $100 million. The portfolio will initially focus on Bitcoin, Ethereum and Solana.

Shares of QMMM ( QMMM ) were up more than 42% in recent trading.
