Qorvo Fiscal Q2 Non-GAAP Earnings, Revenue Rise; Shares Fall After Hours

05:13 PM EST, 11/03/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Qorvo ( QRVO ) reported fiscal Q2 non-GAAP earnings late Monday of $2.22 per diluted share, up from $1.88 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $2.14.

Revenue in the three months ended Sept. 27 rose to $1.06 billion from $1.05 billion a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $1.04 billion.

The company expects fiscal Q3 non-GAAP diluted EPS of $1.85, plus or minus 20 cents, on revenue of $985 million, plus or minus $50 million.

Analysts polled by FactSet project adjusted EPS of $1.82 on revenue of $988.4 million.

Qorvo ( QRVO ) shares fell 2.8% in after-hours trading.
