QT Imaging Appoints Raluca Dinu as Acting Chief Executive

03:36 AM EDT, 03/19/2024 (MT Newswires) -- QT Imaging Holdings ( QTI ) said late Monday it appointed Raluca Dinu as active chief executive, effective March 12.

Dinu, who previously served as CEO at GigCapital5, will work in the role for one year, after which the company will reevaluate the position. She succeeds John Klock, who will transition to be an adviser to the company and remain on the board.

Additionally, QT Imaging ( QTI ) named Anastas Budagov chief financial officer. Budagov has been working as a contracting CFO with the company since December.
