09:01 AM EDT, 06/05/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Qualcomm ( QCOM ) said Thursday it has finalized the acquisition of Autotalks, an Israel-based fabless semiconductor company that specializes in vehicle-to-everything communications.

Financial terms were not provided.

The Israeli chipmaker develops hardware that enables direct communication between vehicles, infrastructure, and other road users, using both DSRC and cellular standards, Qualcomm ( QCOM ) said.

The company said the deal adds Autotalks' automotive-qualified vehicle-to-everything products to Qualcomm's ( QCOM ) Snapdragon Digital Chassis portfolio and is expected to support wider use of safety communications technology in connected and automated vehicles.
