06:00 AM EST, 02/06/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Qualcomm ( QCOM ) said Wednesday that Arm Holdings ( ARM ) has retracted its October 2024 notice to cancel its license.

The company's CEO, Cristiano Amon, told analysts during its Q1 earnings call that the architecture license agreement tied to a dispute over Qualcomm's ( QCOM ) computer chips will no longer be terminated.

The company's shares were down more than 5% in recent Thursday premarket activity.
