01:31 PM EST, 11/20/2025 (MT Newswires) -- AIxCrypto ( AIXC ) said Thursday it has been renamed from Qualigen and has started trading under the new AIXC ticker as it pivots from therapeutics toward developing a unified artificial intelligence and Web3 ecosystem.

The rebrand completes the rollout of its "dual flywheel, dual bridge, dual listing" framework with majority shareholder Faraday Future Intelligent Electric ( FFAI ) , designed to accelerate cross-development between embedded AI and crypto technologies, the company said.

The company also launched AIxC Labs to back AI and Web3 developers worldwide and said it intends to grow its ecosystem through mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic investments, it added.

The company said it will provide real-world asset tokenization services, with the Faraday Future stock as the first project. AIxCrypto ( AIXC ) said the first batch will purchase $5 million worth of Faraday Future stock via a third party to explore stock-token business.

Shares of AIxCrypto ( AIXC ) were down more than 9% in recent trading Thursday, while Faraday Future stock added over 3%.
