05:02 PM EDT, 08/05/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Qualys ( QLYS ) reported Q2 non-GAAP diluted earnings late Tuesday of $1.68 per share, up from $1.52 a year earlier.
Analysts polled by FactSet expected $1.48.
Revenue for the quarter ended June 30 was $164.1 million, up from $148.7 million a year earlier.
Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $161.2 million.
The company said it expects Q3 non-GAAP EPS of $1.50 to $1.60 on revenue of $164.5 million to $167.5 million. Analysts expected $1.51 on revenue of $163.8 million.
For the full-year 2025, it raised its guidance for non-GAAP EPS to $6.20 to $6.50 from $6.00 to $6.30 and revenue to $656 million to $662 million from $648 million to $657 million previously.
Analysts expected $6.21 and $652.8 million, respectively.
Shares of the company were up 7% in after-hours activity.
