Quanex Building Products Completes Acquisition of Tyman

01:31 PM EDT, 08/01/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Quanex Building Products ( NX ) said Thursday it has completed the acquisition of Tyman.

The company said it plans to complete about 50% of the integration within the first 12 months and expects the acquisition to be "meaningfully" accretive to earnings within the first full year after closing.

Shares of Quanex were down more than 4% in recent trading.
