Quanta Services Prices $1.5 Billion Offering of Senior Notes

05:57 AM EDT, 08/05/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Quanta Services ( PWR ) said late Monday it priced a $1.5 billion offering of senior notes.

The offering has three tranches, including $500 million of 4.3% senior notes due 2028 at 99.963% of the face value, $500 million of 4.5% senior notes due 2031 at 99.731% of the face value, and $500 million of 5.1% senior notes due 2035 at 99.705% of the face value.

The offering is expected to close on Thursday.

Quanta said it plans to use proceeds from the offering to repay debt, including borrowings under Quanta's commercial paper program and senior credit facility.
