Quanta Services Prices Offering of Senior Notes Due 2027, 2034

05:10 AM EDT, 08/08/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Quanta Services ( PWR ) said late Wednesday it priced an offering of $600 million of 4.75% senior notes due 2027 at about 99.8% of their face value and $650 million of 5.25% senior notes due 2034 at about 99.4% of their face value.

The company expects to close the offering on Friday and use the proceeds to repay existing debt.

Price: 249.07, Change: +0.57, Percent Change: +0.23
