Analysts polled by FactSet expected $2.62.

Revenue for the quarter ended Dec. 31 was $6.55 billion compared with $5.78 billion a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $6.61 billion.

The company said it expects 2025 adjusted diluted per-share earnings of $9.90 to $10.50 on revenue of $26.60 billion to $27.10 billion. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect adjusted earnings of $10.22 per diluted share on revenue of $26.80 billion.

Shares of Quanta Services ( PWR ) were 7.5% higher in premarket trading.
