Quantum BioPharma Announces US$7 Million Whistleblower Reward

08:51 AM EDT, 10/08/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Quantum BioPharma ( QNTM ) Wednesday announced a potential cash reward of up to US$7 million to anyone who can provide "definitive and verifiable proof" of efforts to manipulate the company's stock.

The company has filed a $700 million lawsuit against CIBC, RBC and other banks over alleged stock manipulation.

The company confirmed that it received legal opinions and comprehensive advice from multiple law firms and legal counsel, and has obtained the approval of its audit committee and its board of directors.
