Quantum Biopharma Receives US$2.35 Million From Legal Settlement With Raza Bokhari

07:59 AM EDT, 05/30/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Quantum BioPharma ( QNTM ) announced Friday that it and Dr. Raza Bokhari, its former executive chairman and chief executive, have settled all disputes originating out of the proxy contest that began in January 2021.

As part of the settlement, Bokhari will pay US$2.35 million to Quantum.
